A modern health center awaits you in the Hanau-Wolfgang Industrial Park (IPW). Your workplace is bright and friendly. Since December 2018, we have been offering fitness and physiotherapy for the approximately 5,000 IPW employees here, in the branch of the PSZ Großkrotzenburg, on around 600 square meters. The site is an innovative production and research center for materials technology, chemistry and pharmaceuticals. The largest employers here are the companies Evonik Industries and Umicore. You also treat international patients and customers. We are not just a practice; we are a central part of the daily life and well-being of the employees in this innovative work environment.
Our physiotherapists and sports scientists work hand in hand here. You will find an open-minded, friendly and highly motivated team here. The Health Centre at Wellcom

The concept of the health center is unique due to the combination of fitness, physiotherapy, courses and occupational health and our goal is to create an optimal "work-life balance" for employees. Prevention, but above all professional reintegration and promoting work ability, will be a core task of your actions.

Your mission

As part of our team, you will be right in the heart of the industrial park:

• Offer specialized care: Focus on treating and preventing work-related complaints among employees of the park's leading companies.
• Cover a wide spectrum: From orthopedics to surgery to neurological cases – take the opportunity to care for a wide range of patients. A wide variety of treatment options await you, such as patients with: hip or knee replacements, disc damage, stroke, impingement syndrome, CMD, work accidents, classic back problems, and much more.
• Be part of a community: Get involved in a working environment characterized by diversity and innovation and actively contribute to a healthy working atmosphere.

What else you should know:

• Working hours: Your weekly working hours are 15 to a maximum of 38 hours, which gives you flexibility to optimally balance work and private life.
• Opening hours:
• Our practice in Hanau is open Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., which means we can ensure wide availability for our patients while also offering you regular working hours.
• Patient clientele:
• You will treat a wide range of patients, including those with statutory and private insurance as well as self-payers, which will give you a diverse range of experience.
• Work rhythm:
• Treatments are carried out in efficient 25-minute intervals, allowing you to focus intensively on each patient.

• Program "TheOrg":
• You will work with our administration program "TheOrg", which simplifies patient management and documentation.
• Appointment management:
• Your tasks also include coordinating, scheduling and, if necessary, canceling appointments to ensure efficient practice operations.
• Reporting:
• If requested by a doctor, you will write medical reports that will be used for further treatment and documentation of patient progress.
• Office tasks:
• Simple office tasks round off your range of tasks and provide variety in your daily work routine.

What sets you apart

• Education and passion: You are a state-certified physiotherapist or are about to complete your training. Manual therapy and KGG are desirable, but not essential.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative: You bring not only specialist knowledge, but also team spirit and the willingness to continuously develop yourself. You are committed and enjoy working independently.
• Communication skills: Since our patients have diverse cultural backgrounds, openness and the ability to communicate clearly are essential. Knowledge of English is therefore an advantage but not essential.
