DIAGNOSTICS OF PERFORMANCE – DESIGN OF THE TRAINING PLAN


Performance diagnostics provide us with information about the current state of health of a recreational or competitive athlete. The focus is on physical performance in the areas of strength, endurance, speed, mobility and coordination.
It also helps us to better understand our bodies and their functions.
The evaluation ensures that training time is used sensibly and effectively. The athlete always has the good feeling of having done everything right.By repeating performance tests approximately every 3-6 months, performance development can be observed over a longer period of time.
