There are various ways you can make an appointment with us – depending on whether you are already a patient, have a new prescription, or would like to book a private service such as a massage or medical diagnosis.

So that we can process your request as quickly and appropriately as possible, we ask you to select the method that best suits you:


  • via our contact form – fast, flexible and direct
  • via our TheraConnect app – if you are already a patient with us
  • via our online booking tool – for private services such as massages or diagnostics
  • or quite classically via Email to: info@psz-ipw.com


Important:
So we can get started right away, please provide as much information as possible:

  • Are you an employee of IPW or not (more info...)
  • When you can't (e.g. fixed working hours, vacation, etc.)
  • Which Therapy prescribed was (e.g. physiotherapy, manual therapy, massage)
  • If possible: a Photo or scan of your prescription attach


    • This way we can suggest suitable dates to you as quickly as possible – without any long back and forth.

    No matter which route you choose, we will make sure that you get your appointment quickly and reliably.

How to activate the TheraConnect app: Full functionality in just a few steps


Full use in just a few steps

To use the TheraConnect app, please let us activate your access. You will receive the access data via email.


Then let's get started:

  1. Scan the QR code or click on the TheraCode link – the first time you download the app.
  2. Scan or click again to connect directly to our practice.
  3. Enter your login details.
  4. Set your personal PIN.


Done! From now on, you can easily manage your appointments yourself and stay in touch with us.

Online appointment booking (OTR)

Book physiotherapy and massage easily online

You can now easily reserve appointments for physiotherapy and self-pay services using our online booking tool. Please note the following:

Physiotherapy (with prescription)

Do you have a statutory or private prescription for physiotherapy, manual therapy or massage?

You can then reserve your first appointment online – we will then contact you by phone or email to arrange further appointments together.


Please note:

  • The first appointment must be confirmed by us via email.
  • Access only with prior registration: Our practice is located on the premises of the IPW Hanau – no access without prior registration!
  • If you're not an IPW-Hanau employee and are new to us, please schedule your initial appointment via email or the contact form.
  • Please cancel appointments only via email or the contact form.
  • You can find all services at Physiotherapy


Self-pay services (e.g. massage, shock wave)

You can also book massages or other private services online – but only if you are an employee of IPW-Hanau.


What you should know:

  • Simply use the available placeholder dates – even if you have already booked in the shop.
  • If you would like to book multiple appointments, please book each appointment individually.
  • Payment is made on-site. This allows you to decide spontaneously—for example, to use a 5-ticket card instead of a single service.
  • The same applies here: Please cancel appointments only via email or the contact form.

To the OTR

Physiotherapy also for external patients

Our physiotherapy is not only available to employees in the industrial park – External patients can also use our services.


The following information applies to access to the site:

Access for external users:
External visitors will receive a day ticket at the reception and can enter the grounds on foot. The parking lot is located outside the factory premisesThe walk to us takes approx. 5 minutes.



Accessibility:
In medically justified exceptional cases (e.g. after an operation) entry by car may be permitted. by prior arrangement made possible – also with an accompanying person.
