Our modern everyday life is increasingly reduced to one-sided movement patterns, while our functional strength abilities of all our muscle systems fall by the wayside. With this course, you will experience and learn targeted whole-body strengthening towards individual and sustainable training control according to your preferences and wishes. Start a new and active life now.
The main goals of this course are to promote performance/movement/health in accordance with human nature. Fun and targeted challenges will take you out of the monotonous movement patterns of everyday life.
The focus is on whole-body training. This includes your core muscles, the center of strength that keeps you upright and standing, but also strengthening your arm and leg muscles for greater performance in everyday life.
Look forward to a varied program to strengthen your muscles and learn from the first course unit simple to intensive exercises, depending on your ability, as well as the correct execution. Increased endurance, movement coordination and mobilization round off the course concept.

In my online live course "MorePower" I would like to show you selected and suitable options for improving your fitness. In addition to knowing what is available, the focus is also on the why and how. This will expand your knowledge of the implementation and the effect of the content.
At the end of the course, you will have a clear picture of which activity suits you. Together we will develop strategies to integrate this activity into your everyday life in a fun and motivating way.
We don't want to provide a video, but rather conduct the course live via Zoom. All exercises can be done at home and with everyday objects and the instructor can respond to you better.
After registering for the course, we will send you Zoom access and other materials. You do not need to register with Zoom.
